11-year-old boy dies after e-scooter crash in Baytown Township Sabrina Salguero Del Cid KSTP (KSTP) An 11-year-old boy died on Saturday, days after he was struck by a vehicle while riding an electric scooter, according to authorities.The Washington County Sheriff’s Office told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS that Kai Yoo died due to his injuries.RELATED: 11-year-old driving an electric scooter seriously injured after crash in Washington CountyAuthorities said the crash happened in the morning of Oct. 7 near 40th Street North and Paradise Avenue North in Baytown Township. Yoo was then taken to a nearby hospital, where he was in critical condition.The sheriff’s office said it is still investigating the crash.
